This Privacy Policy explains how Sky Apps LLC ("Sky Apps", "we", "us") collects and uses information when you visit skyapps.dev (the "Site"). It does not cover data processed inside our Shopify apps when installed on a store — that is described in each app's own listing and privacy terms.

Information we collect

We keep data collection to a minimum. On this Site we may collect:

• Analytics data — if you consent to cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymous usage information such as pages viewed, approximate region, referring source, device and browser type, and general interaction events. IP addresses are anonymized.
• Messages you send us — if you contact us by email or via the contact form, we receive the information you choose to provide (such as your name, email address, and message).

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use this Site to collect payment information.

Cookies & consent

Analytics cookies are disabled by default. When you first visit, we show a consent banner. Analytics only runs after you select Accept. If you select Decline, no analytics cookies are set. We implement Google Consent Mode, which keeps analytics storage denied until you opt in.

Third-party services

The Site is hosted on Railway, which may process technical request data (such as IP address) to deliver the Site securely.

Data retention

Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' configured retention period. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to assist you and maintain our records.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the EU/UK GDPR or the California CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
